Fierce Aqua Eye Look
I'm thinking this could be accomplished with those MAC pigment pot things. and a good brush. and an artistic hand. Would I wear this look? Most certainly.

Are you familiar with Lime Crime makeup? Their eyeshadows are wildly vibrant. I'd give that brand a try instead of MAC, for this particular look.
